We are very happy with this swivel. We are using it on a basket swing attached to a tree. This allows the basket to both swing and spin. One of the kids like to simply spin on it without even swinging. It operates very smoothly and doesn’t make any noise. I seems to operate the same if there is a small 50 pound child using it or over 300 pounds of weight on it. We are impressed with this product and very happy with our purchase. I really liked the look and comfort of this chair but only a few months into my son using it at college, the hardware has bent (he isn't a heavy person). I took it home hoping to fix it but the hardware used doesn't allow that even if I were to try and McGyver something. It's really disappointing since it wasn't a cheap chair.
