I have always worn a size small in hats but they don't offer just a size small but it looked so cute and quite different than other bucket hats I had to see if a sm/med would work. There are no contacts and ebay has none with the manufacturer either. However, I wish they would have provided some sort of notch on the base plate to prevent the arm from perpetually rotating downward after extended use. I can tighten the screw all I want, but ultimately it keeps slipping around the base plate since there is no notch to prevent this.
