Received bandana's and promptly put them in the wash so they could be used - Gentle cycle with the intention of line drying them (to keep from having to iron). Was disappointing that only a few of the 12 still had the hem intact. Not crazy about this pen. It is TINY for the money you're spending. I make decorative chalkboards and the ink is so thin that I have to go back over it and then touch up 2 or 3 times. I bought the small in pink. The fabric is not as sheer as depicted and the pink is more salmon colored. I did make the mistake of washing it in the machine but I did it on cold and hung to dry.
