I bought purple/black pair to wear to a rock concert so that I had something kinda edgy-looking but still comfortable for stadium and city walking. I wanted this to be perfect because it was an anniversary gift, but it came scratched in the back and with a missing frame holder(?). Didn’t want to return it since I was on a time crunch, but I feel like it was a returned item or something. Otherwise, the product is good if it didn’t have these. Update 6-3-14: To date, I have tried Spenco Cross Trainers, Total Support, RX Moldable and the Walker/Runner insoles. I ran in Cross Trainers for over thirty years and then tried the others looking for more arch support (I have very high arches) and to help treat Plantar Faciitis that I contracted almost two years ago. The total Support were OK but provided too little cushioning under the heel for running.
