This is the right size for a single person, couple or family with small children to make small side dishes, casseroles or lasagna in. The shoes don’t have much stretch. I have a narrow foot and these don’t stretch much and hurt for being no stretch and narrow. If they had a little bit of stretch it would be ok . They are t comfortable at all to wear even 1/2 day. It’s like the arch support is kind of a miss too . Even with the 500 inserts from the Podiatrist. Probably because of the no stretch. The panties themselves are very soft, I really liked the quality. I am a large, and if I had gone any smaller the waste/stomach would not have fit. Good headband, just tight enough to stay put.Inside is plastic with little teeth. Outside is grosgrain ribbon in assorted colors, that are surprisingly relevant to my wardrobe. I wish I had found this sooner. The fact that they spray a thin layer of glass that bonds with the plastic is so cool! The milk never touches plastic which makes me feel better about bottle feeding. The bottle is so light, does not get any gross film, and is really easy to clean. I was also able to hook it up to my Spectra s2 flanges without any spills.
