I have 2 cats and my male sprays right through the little ledge on the litter box with sides. I like the stickie tabs on each corner that holds the pad in place. This size is great for litter boxes. Box sits in the middle and theres plenty of pad on every side to catch the mess. Very easy to inflate and deflate, I had no issues in the field while setting up my sleeping arrangements. I think it took only 10 - 13 full breaths for me to inflate it to a pretty hard cushioning.
