These are a conundrum of a product. Their quality is so truly abysmal and I want to hate them really badly but they have absolutely life-changing utility so I just can’t.Of the 20 that were supposed to come in the box, 1 was just flat out missing. Of the remaining 19, 3 were broken. They are made of paper thin plastic and they snapped, rendering them unusable. Purchased this belt with a little caution, but quickly found out it is well worth it. The ratchet does not loosen and the belt is wide enough to stay in place. Looks great on the golf course, at work, or with casual wear. I was even asked several times at the golf course about the belt’s material and how it works. The shirt ended up fitting okay but the arms were a little on the short side. Overall though, the fit wasn't a snug fit, which worked out well. It's a 95% cotton shirt supposedly but had more of an unfamiliar feel than a mostly cotton shirt would, so that's something to consider. These pads are heavy duty and stay on. I have a light bench at the foot of my bed that slides when the dog jumps up on it, but now it doesn't move at all. This Hass to be the most comfortable knee braces that I have purchased. They allow me to squat with support and prevent pressure on my knees. I do a lot of high intensity Work out, where a lot of squatting in a lot of work on the floor is done, so these knee braces Work great for this style of work out, however; I wish the quality of a brace could be much better as they tend to lose quality due to the work on the floor and the Velcro Used to tighten the brace. I grew tired of lifting the big jugs & figured there's gotta be a solution out here. Came across this, read the reviews, and made the purchase. All sizes fit on it, from Gain to Arm & Hammer. The detergent sits secure without being strapped down. The strap has anti slip strips on one side to keep the detergent in place. The velcro seems pretty strong as well.
