I have recently had a case of Torticollis that landed me in the ER because I couldn’t move my neck at all. I thankfully just had this neck pack delivered. It was already in the freezer and cold. It has helped so much by reducing the neck spasms. This particular one fits over the shoulders and around the neck and can be secured by the elastic straps it coolness with. Use with caution if you are going to purchase. I would rate these 5 stars for how easy they are to use and adjust, however after 2-3 months of use, the plates began randomly falling out. The plates become loose and will randomly fall out in the middle of sets and could result in serious injury. I tightened the screws on either end because they were loose but within 2 days the plates began falling out again. I got this finish plate for my 2014 JK Wrangler and it has definitely increased the aesthetics of my ride. The details are precise and the finish is sleek.
