I bought the size that are supposed to be a nine there closer to probably an eight maybe an 8 1/2. These are phenomenal. Just make sure that you order a size a wee bit bigger than you would normally wear. They do have some elastic in the ankle area that keep them on your feet. They are really warm and I usually end up kicking them off because they keep my feet so warm.
