Slides are not stable at all. They won’t close after installation. Out of 50 sets of slides less than half work properly. They wond close by themselves. Very week slides. We've purchased a bunch of these chairs. They look great and are comfortable. Best of all, they fold up so we can store them in the garage when not in use, which we are hoping will allows these to last longer than most outdoor furniture. I should have looked more carefully at the description of this item. They work well, but they are much too bright and, more important, are much too blue. The control, which is part of the plug, is confusing and not all that easy to use.
