These were really good for the price. The only issue I had was they seem to stretch out a bit if I wore them for a few days in a row. When I washed them they snapped back to normal. Out of all the knee supports I've tried (I've tried a ton) these worked the best for me. I had bought this for an exterior door, and wasn’t sure if it would work. The door was cleaned well, but the adhesive didn’t hold well and this item fell right off upon opening door (it is rather cold here in Montana this time of year.) I would recommend use indoors.
