This unit would be easy to install if it was engineered correctly. I had to enlarge the base hole so the unit would fit properly on it. Also the metal tubing is too short for using with granite. All they needed to do was make it teo inches longer. I had to again modify a piece of metal in order to attach the nut that holds the unit in place. I was amazed by how beautiful it is. It’s the first time I received the preserved fresh rose. It looks like a luxury silk flower but when I touch it, it is real. I searched online it says they cut the roses when they are at their most beautiful then put into a mixture of glycerin and other natural plant elements. I thought the instructions were a little vague in spots but it went together fairly easily. They tell you not to tighten the screws in the first step but I had to before covering them up with the end pieces. there were a couple of braces we had to put in that didn't have predrilled holes, it wasn't hard but requred some extra effort.
