I was very excited to get the shower head and then when It came in I went to set the it up and dropped the middle converter piece and broke it! I was so upset and bummed out since I was looking forward to getting this for my new puppy. I emailed the seller about what happened and they sent me a replacement piece. The case overall feels great and sturdy. But the fingerprint sensor with the cover doesn't almost work. Especially in cooler weather. Fingers have to be perfectly dry to work.
