It took me a while to figure out how to set the alarms and at first was very frustrating. I had to go through the directions several times before finally getting the alarms to work, turn off already set timers and get the AM/PM settings correct (you have to scroll around to 12 to change from one to the other). First, I am only giving this knife holder 4 stars because I haven’t had it that long. If it keeps up to more constant use, I think it can deserve 5 stars. I really like the vertical design. I was so tired of my big old block of wood. Also, what was in all those slots I couldn’t see! The clear cylinder let’s me see every knife and it’s easy to take apart and clean. I purchased the Squeegee, Broom and Long Handle Combo AND separately purchased a narrow broom head. In the Combo, I received a wide and narrow broom head with the long handle but no squeegee. I contacted the sellers customer service and after a week have heard nothing. The product looks like it will do a good job in a light to medium cleaning project that I would use it for. Got the lights in a package over a week ago. Shortly after the order which seemed nice. The bottom half of the package arrived a few days later so I started to assemble the drawers thinking the mirror and top half would be here quick but it's been a week since then! If you have a "comfort height commode” also known as accessible height and/or y’all commode this DOES fit over your commode no need for the under bucket! I also was iffy on buying this product due to the comments of the seat falling and being "too short” but that’s not at all what I’ve experienced! Now if your commode is not a comfort height (taller than normal ones) it will not go all the way back because it gets stuck on the wheel axels.
