I've used hundreds of cans of this for my business, and it never disappoints. Rustoleum is absolutely the only brand of spray paint I will use for anything, and I've tried them all. Just be aware that when you use this you're going to need to sand your surface first. I use 3m sanding blocks, starting with coarse, and then medium, fine, and most importantly extra fine. The reason Why I only gave it three stars for installing is it took me about 30 minutes to get it on one wheel. now it was new and hadn't been broken in yet so it might be easier this year we will see.
