This is the worst unit I have ever worked with. After installing the sending unit, I was simply attaching the sending wire when suddenly the bolt spun free, and the unit fell into the gas tank. After hours of fishing the unit out of the tank with a coat hanger, it was obvious that the flimsy fiber washer holding the unit and sending bolt together was not strong enough to handle even hand tight.
