Hello. We bought two of these items. We just received a desk purchase from another vendor and realized on of our under desk mounts was missing a leg. How can we receive the missing leg? We are unable to install the item purchased. Sorry for the day after purchasing, but we just received our desk which this product was to be mounted. I was so excited to get this habitat for my hamster. I was paying attention to the tracking while it was being shipped to me. You can imagine my disappointment when I finish putting it together.The material: This habitat is made out of pine. One of the cheapest wood materials out on the market.
