These are great quality and wonderful tapers and tunenels. The only reason why it's not a 5 star review is because I was sent two pairs of 8g tunnels and the package is missing a pair of 6g tunnels. I mistaken thought the shower head was included but the description clearly says that it uses my current shower head! No worries.Easy peasy to install. Bought some of that white thread tape for plumbing from walmart for a buck and i was off to the races.There is a slide lever on this that adjust the water flow for the intensity you wish to use.
