I picked these up for running in winter to wear under my shorts so blind drivers could see me. I'm 6'1 230lbs with a 38" waist and the XL are more form fitting than compression. I might need to go down to the large size to get actual compression out of them. I'm not certain if they will keep me warm in -30C, but they should work at -20C. Almost perfect. I would have liked about 1/8" more clearance for jumbo toilet paper rolls, but it looks good and does the job. Super easy to install. I've seen a few reviews commenting on it not sticking to the wall very well. If you put anything like double-stick tape on a painted sheetrock wall, and then apply lateral pressure to it, like tearing off toilet paper, it WILL eventually tear off the wall. The instructions are not that great. It does fit a 2022 Ram 3500 dually crew cab with 8 ft bed. It seams to be good quality. Once I got it installed it looked great. I use these for hunting season and so far work great. I like the fact that you have multiple options on light configurations.
