People need to avoid this exchange. It is a centralised exchange (CEX) and NOT a decentralised exchange (DEX). They do fractional trading... i.e. they will sell you coins that they DON'T have. For low volume coins they artificially drive the prices down to buy the coins, and re-sell them to customers ONLY once the prices go up in order to make a scammy profit hence why people constantly have problems withdrawing their coins... it's because Hotbit don't actually have it.
