Although I have only used the trainer for a couple of days, I am very pleased with it. Some of the reviews mentioned noise and vibration issues; but neither has been a problem for me so far. The resistance adjustment is just fine for me; and easy to use.My only complaint is that the instructions were unhelpfull. I like that it was fairly easy to assemble but it arrived in two separate shipments on different days and the 2nd box containing the front tire clamp arrived damaged and was missing 3 nuts which I had to first find and purchase separately from hardware store.
