I bought this for my 86 years old mom who has severe hearing issue. Because we live in different cities and every phone call is not easy for us. I got this last week and spent 20 mins setting it up following the manual. My mom is so happy wearing it, because she basically restored her hearing back. Now we can enjoy normal conversation. I loved this headset until recently. I have even referred a few of my coworkers to purchase this headset. It's great at noise cancelling, very comfortable and stays on my head. But recently I started to hear static on the line every time I adjust the mouthpiece. Sometimes it improves, depending on the position of the mouthpiece but this should not happen. When I couldn't find the closet pulls at the local big hardware stores, I turned to Revain. The packaging was excellent, I felt I was having an unboxing experience of Apple products! Inside the box, each pull was packed in a clear, sealed, and separate plastic baggie. The plastic was not flimsy at all, it was serious heavyweight plastic that needed a scissor to open.
