My hands are only 3.5 inches wide across the palm where they suggest to measure. Per their sizing guide, I should be right between a small and a medium. I got the Mediums but they feel almost too small for me. They wick moisture well and were great in ceramic toed work boots. never felt like my feet were in a swamp as most socks can feel after hours in the heat.
