No need to go to a gym and pay $$ to stay in shape. I like this thing but would like it better if the grips were 2" in diameter instead of 1". What I do when I use it is wear gloves and grab the inner part of it when I turn it, which is 2x the diameter, it's easier to grip that way. Most of them were warped and looked like the stitching was rushed. They weren't even sewn straight, and one had a hole in it. I'm hoping the stitching will hold up after the first wash.
