This took some time to put together. Not hard by any stretch, but you have to connect every piece at every corner. The frame is sturdy enough once it's together, ziptied, and in its intended location. We built a roof for ours to keep it out of the rain and to keep any falling debris out. The added weight made me feel better about the overall sturdiness if one of the cats decided to climb.
