This product definitely would have gotten 5 stars due to the ease of use and result. The reason for the 4 stars is that it is definitely not low odor/VOC as advertised. We used it in a small basement room. The odor was so overwhelming thought our entire home that we had to spend the night in a hotel. You can still smell it 5 days later. I have tried 3 different raincoats. Something was wrong with each. The first raincoat was for a woman. The belt on the second raincoat was made for a woman; ie, a man's belt is put on from the front around to the left, ending on the right. A woman's belt is the opposite.
