The product itself is well made. Our lab puppy seemed comfortable wearing it and the reflector stripes are helpful when walking him at night. But the best part of this product is the customer service that stands behind it. I ordered a small one thinking it would fit out pup but unfortunately that did not turn out to be the case. Video is misleading. Made of cheap plastic and snap together parts. Not for use for detailed drawing. Straight edge and sliding arm too loose for accurate work. Feet for tilting drawing surface up do not stay in place and wound up gluing them on. Wound up giving it to my grand daughter to play with. I needed an extra surface in my home office/ craft room. This table is perfect for my needs. If I am not using it I can fold and store away. The surface is not super smooth but durable.
