I’m 4’11” weigh 120, Bust is 32c a size Small fit perfectly. It was good fit around top area then loose and flowy around hips. The dress is beautiful and fabric feels so soft, it’s a well made dress! I’ve been wearing this bag for 7 weeks, about 14 hours/day training a 4 month old (now 5.5 mo) puppy. This bag is great! I love all the compartments and the top closes very well, well enough to keep a beagle/pointer pup out, even when he starts trying to dig his nose in or munch on the clasp.
