This faucet came packaged very carefully. Everything was in pristine condition. Our plumber had it in installed in less than an hour and he repeatedly commented on what a nice faucet it was. He had just replaced his and said he wished he would of known about this one before, he would have bought the same one.The water pressure on the spray handle is awesome!
