The product looked nice and new, but when it came to installing, the heat vents did not fit like my previous ones. The screws they sent to put the burners all together did not screw into each other correctly. I would suggest sending screws to tighten it to the grills itself as well; those were not provided and I needed them. Overall was not a fan of this product as it is just sitting in my grill now and not tightened down to be secure. Hopefully it will work correctly. I bought these for washing window frames, one with soapy water, one to rinse. They worked fine but after a short break for coffee, they did not work the same. The one with soapy water had split the tube so air got in and made it unusable. I don't give up so easy though, I cut off a length of surgical tubing and it fit over their tube so I could keep using it. First hole drilled great. 250 RPM, used coolant, had everything held down firmly. Second hole sheared the shank right off. Was cutting stainless steel sheet metal. The paper was exactly as I expected. At some point, however, the roll of paper was bent in two places, leaving creases through the whole roll. Because it's paper, there's no ironing out the crease.
