I have been a customer for a few years. I had started in acrylics and went through a lot of paint. When transitioning to oils, I found everything I needed and affordably. All brands offered are of higher quality than that of big box stores and while the pricing is slightly higher the quality exceeds the cost increase. Very good user interface and ease of use. Their standard trade view provides all essential trading tools and views to trade in an agile fashion. Encountered an error while verifying my identity. Still remains unresolved with no resolution evident based on email received aside from a 15 day turnaround on mailing in a verification.
