Nothing close to the way it’s described. It’s 95% poly, 5% spandex (no cotton at all). It’s a scratchy, thin, nonbreathable fabric with minimal stretch and not fleecy. It was advertised as a "sweatshirt,” but I would describe it as a loose-fitting blouse.For a soft, slouchy sweatshirt I recommend Bella Canvas sponge fleece wide neck sweatshirt 7501. I was told some of these are in-between sizes from a piercer so be aware to go one up from the mm/in that you want to stop at. It's a very slight difference. I ended up getting another set to get to 3/4 in since the kit goes from 18 to 20 mm and I needed 19 mm. So either go one size up or stop just before the mm you want and get a taper for that size. This is a nice piece of clothing that is made of soft and comfortable fabric. The tunic/sweater color was accurate - looking basically like the picture on the posting, and was colorfast after the first wash. The sweater was also true to size - similar to sizing of other name brands, but fit even better after the first wash.
