If you sleep on you back, at least one of your hands, and arm, will fall off the side of the cot. Otherwise, it's exactly as advertised. You will also need some kind of camping mat if you want to be comfortable. I did purchase this for my pregnancy and I couldn't be happier. I can sleep again, this pillow is so comfortable and you can use it for so much more then just laying on your side or back for sleeping. I use it almost almost everywhere I am sitting around my house. It's very supportive and you can adjust the amount of filling you want. I got the cooling pillowcase and it actually stays cool.
