Worked perfectly for my sliding doors over kitchen pantry. My husband was able to easily cut it to the exact length that would fit. I’m not sure anything like this is "easy to install” but the predrilled holes & instructions made it as easy as it could be. Getting it level & making sure the doors opened & closed smoothly was a slight challenge but we got it. Only complaint is the coating scratched off pretty easy on one part. So far after painting on them they seem to hold up. The one I have on me all the time has been on me for about 5 months and so far so good. I wish their was a soft pink color for these. There are no instructions! You just have to look at the picture and figure out how to attach the bottle holder to the clip. All in all, pretty satisfied with this purchase. However, I would not describe it as "high pressure,” but that might be more about the water pressure in my home than the manufacturing of the product. I did remove the water restrictor and sand filter. I suspect that because the shower head is a generous 6 inches in diameter, it’s likely hard for a product of that size to generate a lot of pressure.
