IF YOU ZIP YOUR COAT you might be annoyed with the zipper. I did read the reviews. Others have reported this but I always give it a chance. They were right. The zipper is garbage. THAT SAID. I like the build quality, and the heel looks taller than it is because of the wedge sole under the instep. Now my 2nd pair from this company. Great quality and comfortable. Only PJ's I've bought that actually fit nicely, usually I have to fold over the waist and they drag on the floor. Got the XS (5'4, 115 lb, 34C) and they fit perfectly. Pants don't drag on the floor and fit my body nicely. The pants def shrink up with the first wash, not a ton but enough to fit nicely (out of the package the pants were a few inches too long.) This is probably a crazy use for these, but I have a 45 minute commute and always drink a supplement water drink first, which takes me about 15 minutes to get down. After hunting for months for the perfect rug I bought the Olive/Charcoal one and I'm in love. It's really hard to tell how the rug will look in your home from review pictures. I tried to capture the true color of the rug but it keeps looking much more neutral and muted than it really is. It's much more green than it looks in the pictures. The outer box arrived damaged as did the velvet box. As many of the other reviews have mentioned, the velvet box was covered in small moldy particles and a strong smell of mildew. However, the urns inside were just as the pictures indicate and are very nice. Because we are on a time crunch and need these by next week, and because I am only using the velvet box to transport some of the urns to other relatives, I opted not to exchange it for a new one. Oh my word, these are fabulous, not just for shlepping around the house, but shopping, choir practice at church, hanging with my buddies. Super comfortable, super flattering as well. I love this product. Great quality all around. It doesn't advertise in writing that it works with wireless chargers but it shows it in the video. It does not work with Belkin wireless chargers (I tried two different ones). It DOES work with iHome wireless chargers (I also tried it with two different ones). The reviews are correct about the directions not being very detailed. Having a bit of ingenuity and some extra hands does help, though. Assembly was not terribly difficult.It does not seem to be as sturdy as I had hoped for. I don’t think that I want any larger kids climbing around on it. Once it’s assembled, it’s not easily moved.
