We had some issues with shipping and had 3 of the 4 boxes arrive at once. I had contacted customer service a couple times because I was really disappointed that our furniture didn’t arrive altogether when it was supposed to. We were expecting company and was looking forward to entertaining outside, but was unable to.I contacted seller twice with concerns and they returned my emails in a reasonable timeframe & reassured me that the rest of my order was on its way. I know things have changed a lot these days with deliveries arriving later than usual so we understand things happen. I’m just glad we received the order. We were still missing one bolt, but I plan to reach out to customer service again to see if they will ship it.It’s not the best quality, but it’s pretty and comfortable. We didn’t want to spend too much on outdoor furniture, but wanted something comfortable, inviting, and nice looking.
