As long as you let the paint dry as recommended and let it charge in the sun or bright light it'll glow. 2-3 coats may be needed, but thats pretty standard for most paints. It dries well also! I was worried that the paint would dry and turn my fabric a much lighter color, but it didn't!My only real complaints are that it's marketed as acrylic paint, when it has more of a smell and consistency to glue.
