After receiving a defective product by no fault of the sender. I informed them of the problem and was sent a return label with envelope. I received a replacement product and it works well. They were very helpful with this issue. There was a quick response as well as quick delivery of the replacement product. Thank You so much for a fabulous product and courteous customer service!
