Uncomfortable and Disappointing Shoulder Bag

Using this product, our team found that the embroidery work was good quality, but the shoulder strap was very uncomfortable and left marks on the skin. The bag also had a strange smell that wouldnt go away even after airing it out. overall we were disappointed with the purchase and would not recommend it..
