My complaint was that it came with a lot of scratches and rough looking spots. I used black paint to touch them up and they're not that noticeable now. There is nothing better for a serious wound that just won't close and heal when using the traditional gauze dressing. These pads will close a two-week-old wound in two days. I bought a similar product from another seller which arrived immediately. Here, I had to wait too long for the pads to arrive and my wound was already healed by then. But I still recommend them.
