Appears to be a very straight forward timeclock. But took multiple calls to get to work the first time, and then when we out into production. No swipes (Checkin / Checkouts) were recorded even though we tested with a dummy checkin, and the client was using it for two weeks. Trying again for the second pay period.On the positive side, their technical support is easily accessible, helpful, and very knowledgeable
