Amazingly sharp. My older one (different brand) was ready for replacement after only 6 months of use and started crushing the pills more than cut them. I included a few screenshots to show how nice and clean the cuts are. Fast and easy to use. Just set the pill all the way to the back of the (V) shape and close the lid and wallah your finished. No crushing. Cuts evenly every time. I did several and each came out the same as the first. There’s also a little compartment in the back that snaps off you can store a few pills in depending on the size of your medication. Very satisfied with the quality for a decent price.
