I just got these yesterday and, by golly, they are soft and comfy! But I normally wear a 9.5 and my heel is practically hanging off the back of my size "9-10" pair. I added wheels which was the hardest part! The mfg will tell you not to add them, and theres prob some safety or liability reason, but to me its helpful and I'm an adult not worried about kids, etc. I got some expanding stem casters, since the legs are metal which would be hard to drill into, and had to add a small wooden shim inside next to each since the hollow legs are rectangular in shape. I like that it has a wide opening. Unfortunately there are a couple of places that fell short for me. One is the handle is too short and I still have to do some bending over. If there is a way to lengthen the handle I have not found it yet. Also the grip is weaker than I would like it. It opens up really well but when scooping the feces it seems like it needs more grabbing and holding force. Amazingly sharp. My older one (different brand) was ready for replacement after only 6 months of use and started crushing the pills more than cut them. I included a few screenshots to show how nice and clean the cuts are. Fast and easy to use. Just set the pill all the way to the back of the (V) shape and close the lid and wallah your finished. This is such a beautiful incense burner! The biggest plus is how wide it is; I've tried a bunch of different burners, and this is the only one that actually catches all of the ash from sticks.
