Extremely well built, my first walk was a mile with my dog and the were exceptionally comfortable. Perfect fit with excellent arch support and I really like that the insole can be removed as I need a custom orthotic on occasions but these are so good I might not even need them. I do have another big name brand that I sloshed through some mud while hike in the woods after a rain and from that I felt I needed an extra pair. These are easily just as comfortable, maybe better and costing almost half the price.Bottom line these are a great pair of hiking shoes, rugged, comfortable and should last for some time.
