Sadly, need to give a low rating due to non-existent customer service
I've purchased multiple Fleximount ceiling racks over the past several months and have had a great experience until one set of shelves arrived missing the hardware (screws and bolts) packet. Was initially able to reach customer service, but did not receive follow through promised mailing of hardware. In subsequent follow-up attempts, Customer Service does not answer (in middle of the afternoon on a week day).
- Black finish adds a sleek, modern touch to any space
- The corners may make it difficult to install additional shelving or storage solutions nearby
