Was initially able to reach customer service, but did not receive follow through promised mailing of hardware. I made my first coaster using one of the "pebbly" molds and I was pretty happy with it, though the process was a bit more difficult than it needed to be (more later). Then I tried using one of the "wavy" molds and I discovered they're useless. If you use them one way up you get a very uneven surface which I wouldn't trust to put a cup or glass on. Charger goes thru cycles and does a great job. Good construction and the battery leads are long! Clamps are a little small but work well. Nice readout tells you exactly what it is doing. As soon as you hook it up it tells you what to do and then begins the correct charging cycle. Comes with a small instruction guide that is easy to understand. Update after 5 months. the frame welds at the legs are breaking, and it can no longer be used. Most of the bungees are broken/stretched out and have had to be replaced, and the straps that connect the bungee to the mat are tearing off. DO NOT BUY!Worked well for my 12yo for a couple months but the bungees are stretching out an breaking.
