Too tight, not comfortable for baby

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice of toddler swimwear, this product is a disaster. The material is too tight and uncomfortable for babies. Although it provides buoyancy, it doesn't eliminate the need to supervise babies in the water. The color and design are cute, but not worth the discomfort it causes..
