So far I've hadn't had any issues with my case. I've had my battery on my Iphone close to 0 and so far I've been able to fully charge my phone about twice before the case needs to be recharged again. We don’t have the air inlet or outlet blocked, yet it constantly displays an error code E3 which means it is overheating. You have to unplug it for a little bit to clear the error code.
