It works as advertised
We bought this to have a wider range of height adjustments. And despite what some reviewers have said regarding quality, ours works great. No leaks, sturdy adjustment settings and made of solid brass. We purchased separately a new shower head which is mostly plastic and therefore very lightweight, so maybe that helps. Also, based on the product description, it’s been redesigned to eliminate some earlier quality issues. I would definitely recommend this product.
- With an adjustable shower arm extender, you can easily reach areas that are difficult to clean, resulting in higher hygiene and cleanliness standards
