The tool I received had been cut out of the plastic display pack and looks like it has been used! All of the packaging was not in the shipping bag so it was done before shipping. Not cool!The tool works fine though and after a little wiping down, looks new.It drives with enough torque to run up or back out bolts but I will need to do the snugging up or breaking loose with a hand wrench or torque wrench to better control the tightness. This is by design. You would not want it to work like an impact wrench on lighter duty bolts.The action is smooth and it is not too loud. A good wrench!
